Fee Schedule for Services Related to the Exercise of Shareholders' Rights

On 3 September 2020, Shareholder Rights Directive II – "SRDII" became effective. Article 3(d) of the Directive (Directive (EU) 2007/36/EC, as amended by Directive (EU) 2017/828) requires Citi Handlowy to disclose standard fees charged for rendered custody services insofar as it acts as an “Intermediary” under SRDII, and relates to performance of the following services in respect of shares which are both admitted to trading in Poland or in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the issuer of which has its registered office either in Poland or in an EEA member state. The services include:

1. shareholders identification;
2. proxy voting; and
3. corporate actions.
