How Does It Work?

  • You decide which insurance option to choose and how long the contract will be.
  • You purchase the insurance via the Internet.
  • The Insurer sends the policy to your e-mail address, and – at your request – also by text message.
  • The insurance contract can be concluded by the holder of the primary Citibank Credit Card, or by the holder of Citibank Personal Account.

World Without Borders is an individual travel insurance that it is designed to help the Insured during a trip abroad in case of illness, accident, damage to a third party, luggage theft, baggage delay or flight delay.

Insurance coverage under the World Without Borders insurance is provided by Europ Assistance S.A.

The World Without Borders insurance contract is concluded by the Client with the insurer through the Bank.

The Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at 16 Senatorska Street acts as an insurance agent performing agency activities for the following insurance companies:

  • Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń i Reasekuracji Warta S.A.,
