Stay up to date!
Consent to contact you via your preferred communication channels will allow us to better address your banking needs. This will allow us to inform you about interesting promotions and news that may be of interest to you.
Each client can freely manage marketing consents regarding communication channels with the bank. Consents are voluntary, so you have the right to withdraw at any time and decide on the method of sending commercial information.
Available communication channels include: e-mail, SMS, Citibank Online electronic banking system, Citi Mobile mobile application, notifications in applications.
How to change consents?
Citibank Online
- Log in to online banking service Citibank Online.
- Choose the tab Services and Profile > My Profile > My consents.
- In the My consents tab, you can manage the following consents:
- Email Marketing Consent
- SMS Marketing Consent
- Push Notification Marketing Consent
- Electronic Banking Service Marketing Consent
- Citi Mobile Application Marketing Consent. In this case, remember to uncheck the appropriate consents in the Citi Mobile application). In this case, remember to additionally check the Activate notifications option in the Citi Mobile application (after logging in to the application, select the Profile and Settings tab – it is located in the upper left corner next to your name, then select the Citi Mobile Token settings, notifications, login method > Notifications).
- Withdraw objection to the processing of personal data by Bank to inform of the offers of the Bank’s partners during the period of the agreement
- Withdraw objection to the processing of personal data by Bank to inform of the offers of the Bank during the period of the agreement.
- Consent for personal data processing after the relation or in case the agreement is not signed
- Telephone Marketing Consent
- After marking the consents that match your preferences, save the changes by clicking the button „I confirm my consent” .
Citi Mobile App
- In the Notifications, tab you can manage notifications for the Citi Mobile application:
- Credit card notifications
- Banking notifications
- Products and features notifications
- Log in to Citi Mobile App.
- Choose the tab Profile & Settings – it is located in the upper left corner next to your name.
- Choose the tab Citi Mobile Token settings, notifications, login method > Notifications.

You can also change your consent to electronic communications by:
- By sending a message in Citibank Online electronic banking via the tab Contact Us.
