Citi in Poland—comprising Citi Handlowy and Citi Solutions Center Poland—has launched its annual Summer Internship Program for students from both Polish and international universities. This year’s edition offers 10 weeks of learning, workshops, and insight into the inner workings of a global corporation.

The bank received over 1,000 applications this year, selecting 33 young talents. Interns are gaining hands-on experience in areas such as corporate banking, operations, technology, and risk management. Citi’s broad range of opportunities allows them to develop across diverse fields and work in teams where they can continuously hone their skills and gain experience.

Who is the Summer Internship Program for?
The Summer Internship Program is aimed at students from any field of study who want to see how an international organization operates and gain professional experience. The program runs from early July to mid-September. During the program, students gain valuable knowledge and experience under the guidance of an assigned mentor, whose support is a constant feature of the internship. At the end of the program, the results of the work are presented to the management team of the relevant business area.
