Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. ahs been entered into the register of the investment agents maintained by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and acts as an agent of DMBH. Citi Handlowy provides brokerage services to the extent of accepting and transferring of the security buy or sell orders based on the license of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority No. DFL/4040/18/I/11/1/2007/26 dated Nov 13th, 2007.

The Bank acts as insurance agent for numerous insurers, performing agency activities for Insurance Companies entered into the register of insurance agents maintained by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. The Customer may verify the Bank’s entry in that register, by submitting the relevant request to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, in particular in written form or by telephone. The range of Bank’s duties includes, in particular, providing information to the Policyholders on the terms and conditions for insurance and on the terms under which insurance contract is concluded.

Money paid in for the insurance is not a bank deposit, are not guaranteed by the State Treasury nor by any other governmental institutions, except for amounts receivable from the life insurance contract that are guaranteed by the Insurance Guarantee Fund if the insurer becomes insolvent in the amount of 50% of the claims of beneficiaries but not more than up to the Polish zloty equivalent of EUR 30 000.00. Unit-linked insurance product is not an obligation nor is it guaranteed by the bank or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. Attaining the profits is not guaranteed by the bank nor by the insurer.
