With this service, you can pay your bills using your credit card, avoiding additional cash withdrawal fees. You can transfer the funds from your credit card using Citibank Online.

  • No funds transfer fee.
  • No interest charges if your credit card balance is repaid in full on time.
  • Possibility to pay for your bills even if you are temporarily out of cash.

This service lets you pay the following bills:

rent, repair and renovation fee, waste removal, perpetual usufruct, security
mobile phone, land line, cable tv, Internet
gas, electricity, water, heating
tuition fee, insurance policy fee, real estate tax

Service "Opłata rachunków Kartą Kredytową" can not be used for repayments of loans and transfers of cash for other purposes.

In order to pay your bills with your credit card:
  • Log on to Citibank Online.
  • Choose Funds Transfers Funds Transfers and Standing Orders from the menu.
  • Choose one of the payees from your list in the I pay my bills with my credit card section.
  • Choose the credit card.
  • Enter the amount of the transaction and enter the transfer’s details, e.g. bill no., payee details.
  • After you have verified the entered details, submit your transfer order.

Note:

If the transfer from your credit card is made to a payee other than a payee from the I pay my bills with my credit card group, the transfer is treated as a cash transaction and a fee shall apply then amounting to 6% of the transfer amount, however no less than PLN 10, together with interest starting the day when the transfer was made.
