Citi Handlowy is Listed on the Elite Respect Index for the Third Time

Citi Handlowy, for the third consecutive year, has been listed on the RESPECT Index that recognizes socially responsible investing in the Polish capital market.

During a press conference in Warsaw on July 21, it was announced that, this year, six new companies have joined the 16 that previously made up the Respect portfolio.

Thanks to its complex corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities being an integral part of the company’s corporate strategy, Citi Handlowy is an unquestioned leader in the field.

The RESPECT Index is the first index in Central and Eastern Europe recognizing socially responsible companies. The index promotes companies that are attractive for potential investors and practice best standards in responsible and stable management. The Respect portfolio recognizes publicly listed companies that operate to the highest standards of corporate governance, information governance and investor relations as well as excellence in ecological, social and employment affairs. Since the liquidity parameter is also included in the classification criteria, the RESPECT Index, much like other stock exchange indices, provides a realistic reference for investors. The analysis refers only to Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed companies and excludes NewConnect market, foreign and dual-listed companies.
