New Citi Handlowy’s Benefit Platform Run by Chatbots

Citi Handlowy is launching a new client benefit platform that will combine all the previous benefit programs offered by the bank so far. A wide selection of discounts offered by the program partners, special offers, loyalty point redemption and much more will be now available on the new platform at citispecials.pl. What is also important – the new program will be for all the Citi Handlowy cardholders, including debit and credit cards.

The new platform has been developed based on the two categories: Discounts and Rewards. The discount category will include Shopping, Restaurants, Travel, Sport & Healthy Lifestyle, Arts & Entertainment and Hot Deals. One of the new features is the possibility to book the trips directly from the website. The restaurants discounts will be available to all clients. The Rewards category will give access to the Mastercard World, PremierMiles and BP credit card loyalty programs and will enable to redeem the points for great rewards. Soon, there will be also one more program launched in cooperation with Mastercard Polska – Priceless Specials.

Additionally, soon the bank is going to check what is our clients’ attitude to the latest technology solutions. In finding the best deal on the platform, the clients will be supported by a chatbot. This is a mechanism that helps you quickly and precisely match the offer to your individual needs based on, for example, your location or amount of the discount. Chatbots also make it easier for the clients to use the platform – through the channels which they use every day to communicate with the world, with no need to search for information online.

The Citi Specials rollout comes also with a number of welcoming surprises. For the start, the Citi Handlowy debit and credit cardholders will get discounts with the following partners: H&M, DUKA, Empik, Link 4, Moliera 2 and Miloo. Other special offers, discounts and deals will be available on a regular basis with nearly 5,000 Citi Specials partners.
