Temporary difficulties in providing SMS authorisation codes

Please be informed that on 7 March (Monday) from 0:30 a.m. to 2:30 a.m. there may occur difficulties in providing SMS authorisation codes due to maintenance work.

Please contact CitiPhone® consultant at 22 692 2484 to listen to the authorisation code for transactions made via Citibank Online electronic banking platform and Citi Mobile®.

During this period 3D Secure authorisation codes for online transactions and Citi Alerts SMS messages will not be provided either.
