Citigold Private Client – elite private banking

Citi Handlowy launches a private banking offer for the wealthiest clients. Prestigious Citigold Private Client offer is addressed to clients holding assets worth PLN 3 million or more. The new offer confirms that Citi Handlowy is the leader in the area of private banking in Poland and the pioneer when it comes to implementation of new service standards.

The research of British „The Economist” magazine shows that assets of the so-called "New Wealth Builders" will grow on average by more than 20 percent a year until 2020. The forecasts concerning global and Polish markets unanimously point out a growing significance and potential of the group of wealthy clients, which is largely marked by: globality, mobility and search for individual support. The Citigold Private Client offer, which marks its debut in Poland and which is based on thorough analysis of the market, is an answer to the needs of this increasingly more important group and a form of building new private banking standards in Poland. Citi Handlowy, along with its new product, offers its clients the cooperation with the most experienced team of experts and provides access to a wide package of solutions based on global experience and solutions. Citigold Private Client offers the highest standard of products and services, said David Mouille, Vice President of Citi Handlowy responsible for Global Consumer Bank at Citi Handlowy.

The main feature which distinguishes the Citigold Private Client offer is implementation of global financial solutions, such as personalized investment advisory services and brokerage services. The offer gives a client the opportunity to receive "tailored" recommendations with regard to shares from 20 stock exchanges around the world. The Citigold Private Client offer includes, inter alia, currency solutions such as dual-currency investments and FX exchange rates which are among the best in the bank's offer.

One of key distinctive features of the offer is individual advisory service provided by a team of professionals specialized in different fields, who have a license of and investment advisor or Securities Broker and experience in Polish and foreign markets. Apart from the Relationship Manager, the group of experts includes: Investment Manager, Currency Market Expert, Personal Broker of DMBH (Brokerage House of Bank Handlowy), Bond Consultant and Commercial Bank Advisors.

The offer also includes the World Elite Debit MasterCard. The card provides access to services such as concierge, free travel insurance also for the holder’s family members, assistance in case of losing the card. The prepared solutions in case of losing the card include, for instance: emergency cash withdrawal within 3 hours upon the receipt of the notification, issuance of a replacement card within 24 hours and until then – possibility to use Virtual Card Concierge.

With this card, Citigold Private Clients may enjoy privileges and special offerings from such partners as: BMW, Maserati, Sixt, Vitkac, La Mania, Max Mara, Grand Cru, Premium Yachting or hotels and restaurants of Likus Group. The offered services include: transfers to/from airport by a limousine as part of the Sixt Limousine Service, 5-day long test drive of a BMW car, sommelier concierge, which helps select wines, and a stylist’s free advice in selected boutiques.
The additional card, Priority Pass, provides the client with unlimited, free access to lounges at over 700 airports all over the world. Citi Handlowy was the first bank to offer also 5 free visits a month for guests of our clients.
