Do you have in your offer part-time internships during the academic year?
Currently, for students who wants to gain their first experience, we are offering the Summer Internship Program, which last from July till mid-September. The recruitment process begins in mid-February and lasts till March/April. It is a great opportunity to realize dedicated project, cooperating with Citi’s managers and experts. We are also offering series of dedicated trainings and workshops for our Summer Interns. Come and develop with us!
How the Summer Internship Program looks like – what will be my scope of duties and work conditions?
Each intern is realizing his own, dedicated project he/she is responsible for. At the end you will be asked to present the results of his/her work to managers. Don’t worry, you won’t work on your own, you’ll get full support from your caregiver. Regarding work conditions: we offer the full-time employment contract, you’ll receive salary and benefits package – such as sports card and private medical care.
Can I choose the project, I’ll realize during the Program?
Applying to the Summer Internship Program you can choose one of the areas: Retail or Consumer Banking, Banking Operations, IT or Global Functions (which is: Marketing, HR, Finance, etc.). During the selection process we are assigning you to certain project basing on qualifications mentioned in your application. Please, make sure that your CV and any other documents can easily show our Recruiters what is your area of interest.
Can I apply for the Summer Internship Program and for graduate program at the same time?
Of course, if you are on your last years of studies, we encourage you to apply for the Summer Internship Program and Graduate Program at the same time. Application process is open at the same time, but our Graduate Programs starts on September, so you will be able to continue your career at Citi just after the internships.
Is there possibility to being hired just after the Summer Internship Program?
Yes, during the Program you will have access to our internal Career Portal where you can find lots of interesting offers from all over the world. We are also organizing internal job events dedicated to interns.
