Current report no. 24/2009 - Information on a change in the date of publication of the periodic report for H1 2009

Legal basis: § 103 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required under the law of a non-member state dated 19 February 2009 (Journal of Laws No. 33, item 259).

Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. announces a change in the release date of its Consolidated Semi-Annual Report for H1 2009. The Report will be submitted to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), the Securities and Exchange Commission (GPW) and the Polish Press Agency (PAP) on August 27, 2009.
