Legal basis: § 5 section 1 item 22 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities dated 19 October 2005 (Journal of Laws of 2005, No. 209, item 1744).

In connection with Current Report No. 8 of March 21, 2008, Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. announces that on December 17, 2008 the Bank learned that Mr. Witold Zieliński – Vice President of the Management Board – Chief Financial Officer of the Bank, received the Polish Financial Supervision Authority’s approval to be appointed as Member of the Management Board of the Bank.
