Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. informs that following the obtainment of the approval of the Commission for Banking Supervision by the Bank, the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 12th Business Division of the National Court Register, by way of Decision issued on 16 January 2008,
reference symbol of files WA.XII NS-REJ.KRS/035178/07/953, delivered to the Bank on January 24, 2008, registered the amendment to the Bank’s Articles of Association passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on November 23, 2007 consisting in changing the wording of item 10 and adding items 11 -17 in §18 section 1 of the Articles of Association.
