Current Report No. 22/2007, regarding declaration of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. on compliance with corporate governance rules

Pursuant to § 29 of the Regulations of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the Management Board of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. declares that the Bank and its authorities comply with the corporate governance rules defined in “Good Practices of Public Companies 2005” in accordance with the attached declaration approved by Resolution of the Management Board of 17 April 2007 and Resolution of the Supervisory Board of 23 May 2007 and the Resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Bank of 21 June 2007. In accordance with the aforementioned resolutions the Management Board declares the intention of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. to continue compliance with the aforementioned rules in line with the Declaration constituting an attachment hereto.
