Legal basis: § 100 section 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities dated 19 October 2005 (Journal of Laws of 2005, No. 209, item 1744).

Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. informs about altering the dates of publication of the following financial reports:

1. The Consolidated Quarterly Report for Q4, 2006, which will be submitted to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), the Securities and Exchange Commission (GPW) and the Polish Press Agency (PAP) on 14 February 2007.
2. The Financial Statements of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. for 2006 and the Consolidated Financial Statements of the Capital Group of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie SA for 2006, which will be submitted to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), the Securities and Exchange Commission (GPW) and the Polish Press Agency (PAP) on 22 March 2007.
