Legal basis: § 100 section 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities dated 19 October 2005 (Journal of Laws of 2005, No. 209, item 1744).
Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. informs about the change of the date of publication of the 2007 Annual Report and the 2007 Consolidated Annual Report of the Capital Group. The Reports will be submitted to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), the Securities and Exchange Commission (GPW) and the Polish Press Agency (PAP) on March 20, 2008.
