Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. informs that on 20 March 2007 the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Bank, pursuant to § 9 section 2 item 7) of the Bank’s Articles of Association, recalled Rupert Hubbard from the function of the Member of the Supervisory Board of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A.
