Current report no. 5/2009 - Change in the date of the publication of an annual report and a consolidated annual report

Legal basis: § 100 section 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities dated 19 October 2005 (Journal of Laws of 2005, No. 209, item 1744).

Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. announces a change in the date of publication of the Annual Report of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. for 2008 and the Consolidated Annual Report of the Capital Group of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. for 2008 which will be submitted to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), the Securities and Exchange Commission (GPW) and the Polish Press Agency (PAP) on March 19, 2009.
