Current report no. 17/2009 - Information on the resignation of a Member of the Supervisory Board of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A.
Legal basis: § 5 section 1 item 21 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required under the law of a non-member state dated 19 February 2009.
Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. announces that on 17 June 2009 a written resignation of Ms. Sabine Hansen from the function of the Member of the Supervisory Board of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. was submitted to the Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of the Bank and consequently, pursuant to § 15 item 4) of the Bank’s Articles of Association, the mandate of Ms. Sabine Hansen expired on 17 June 2009.
