Current report no. 11/2009 - Information on the dates of publication of periodic reports for 2009
Legal basis: § 103 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required under the law of a non-member state dated 19 February 2009 (Journal of Laws No. 33, item 259).
Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. (the “Bank”) announces that due to the coming into force of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required under the law of a non-member state dated 19 February 2009 (Journal of Laws No. 33, item 259), the information on the dates of publication of periodic reports for 2009 published in Current Report No. 3/2009 of 29th January 2009 has been changed. The change consists in the fact that the Bank will not publish the consolidated quarterly report for the second quarter of 2009 and the date of publication of the consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2009 will be moved to 31st August 2009 from 25th September 2009. Other dates for submitting periodic reports to the public remain unchanged.
As a result of the aforesaid changes the dates for submitting periodic reports for 2009 to the public are as follows:
