Citibank Overseas Investment Corporation with its seat in New Castle, Delaware, USA. The number of shares held by the shareholders entitled it to 97,994,700, votes, which represented 91.4% of the votes cast at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and 75% of the total vote.
