How to be secure when using Touch ID/ Face ID or fingerprint?

Avoid sharing your phone with third parties, don't leave it without supervision, particularly in places, where it can be accessed by third parties, as users' fingerprints or face maps saved on a phone may be used to log in to your account. Before selling or giving your mobile device to another person, remember to de-activate the service on that device.

Why do I need a Citi Mobile?

Citi Mobile allows you to follow the day to day banking on the go and anywhere anytime you need. It is also required to perform certain transactions/instructions.

Why was my preferred User ID or Password rejected?

For security reasons, your User ID and Password have to comply with the indicated criteria. If any of those criteria is not met, your User ID or Password will be rejected. A password has to contain: 8 characters; one number; one big and one small letter.
The password cannot contain:
• Polish characters ( ą, ę, ć etc.)
• following special marks: ( ) , ; @ ~ `
• two identical marks (e.g. 44)
• three subsequent numbers (e.g. 123) or letters (e.g. abc) in a row.
