What you need to know:

  • Log in to your Ticketmaster account. If you do not have one, create one, and if you have forgotten your password, reset it before the presale starts.
  • To participate in the presale, you will be asked to provide the first 6 digits of your Citibank Card, which you will use to pay for the tickets in the next steps.
  • During the purchase, perform mobile authorization for online transactions. More information on this can be found on our website.
  • The pool of presale tickets is limited, and for this concert the maximum number of tickets is 6.
