Please be informed that the registration and password retrieval process will change in Citibank® Online electronic banking as of 16 December and in the upcoming version of Citi Mobile® app. Apart from confirmation with a single-use SMS code, one more step will be added – confirmation with a single-use code received to the email address.

Since having the current email address in the bank’s system will be necessary to be able to register to Citibank Online or Citi Mobile as well as to unblock the password, we encourage you to verify your contact details in the bank’s system.


How can I check if my contact details are up to date?

  1. Log in to Citibank Online.
  2. Go to the section (Services and Profile > My Profile / Contact information.
  3. Make sure the provided data are up to date – if not, click Change and enter the current data.
