Our bank offers you convenient payments for your online shopping via Płacę z Citi Handlowy. The service is now available not only for personal accounts, but also for credit cards!

  1. When paying for your online shopping, choose “Płacę z Citi Handlowy” as the form of payment.
  2. You will be redirected to the login page – please login using your Citibank Online User ID and Password. Make sure that you are on the right website with the right url address (the look of the website may be the same and the website can still be a fake one).   3. If you have several cards to choose from, choose the one you want to use from the drop-down list.
  4. Check if the transfer data are correct.
  5. Authorize the payment with a single-use SMS code sent to your mobile phone number.
