As a Citibank credit card holder, you can fill out the form and name a friend that you would like to refer the credit card to.
If your friend is not a Citibank credit card holder, we will call her/him and collect the documents required for the evaluation of her/his creditworthiness.
Once you friend has received the new card, she/he should log on to Citibank Online by the end of the second calendar month following the month in which the credit card agreement was signed, at the latest.
Once the referral has been confirmed by the bank as successful, you will get PLN 150 into your credit card account. You can receive a maximum of 5 successful referral rewards.
We will call your friend, confirm her/his personal details and collect the documents required for the evaluation of her/his creditworthiness.

Your friend will get LG K3 LTE Dual-Sim if she/he makes a transaction for a minimum of PLN 500 using the new credit card
Your friend will get LG K10 LTE Dual-Sim if she/he makes a transaction for a minimum of PLN using the new credit card and spread the transaction repayment into Komfort Plan installments or transfers the minimum of PLN 500 from the credit card limit to any account and spread the transaction repayment into the Komfort Plan installments.
Basic requirements: age – a minimum of 21 years old; income before tax – a minimum of PLN 1,200; employed with current employer – a minimum of 3 months; for businesses – a minimum of 25 years of age, self-employed for a minimum of 2 years.

Approval of your credit card application is subject to your positive credit assessment by Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A.
You can sign up for the “Refer a Citi Handlowy Credit Card to Your Friend” offer on the condition that at the moment of signing up you are the user of at least one main Citibank Credit Card. Referring Person can name any number of Referred Persons while he/she will receive only one reward for the first Referral that meets the criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions.
