    You can register after logging in to Citibank Online, click "Registration" in the Card Benefits section and follow the instructions. Remember to confirm your email address.

Listen to your heart, support wisely!

Join “I Help – Priceless® Moments”, pay with your Mastercard® and support charity organizations in a secure way.

How does it work?

  • Log in to the “I Help – Priceless Moments” program and activate the “I Help – Priceless Moments” tool.
  • Go to the list of charity organizations verified by Mastercard and select the one you want to support. You can support several charity organizations if you wish.
  • Set a micropayment (minimum PLN 0.20) that will be added to each transaction with your Mastercard and specify the monthly limit. This gives you full control over your donations.
  • Enter the details of the card you want to use to make donations. It has to be the card used to log in to the Priceless Moment program – its last 4 digits will be visible when you activate the service.
  • After setting your first donation, you will gain access to the screen with a summary of donations made to the selected organization.

You can change the amount, monthly limit or organization at any time. If you decide that you are no longer able to support your chosen organization, you can end your support at any time.

As a thank you for making your first donation, you may receive additional 1 000 points in the Priceless Moments program within The “It is Worth Helping” offer. The “It is Worth Helping” offer is valid until 31.07.2024 or until the available pool of 29,000 Prizes is exhausted. The rules are set out in the “I Help – Priceless Moments” Terms & Conditions.

The Special Offer “It is Worth Helping” is organized by Mastercard. The Terms & Conditions of the offer are available on the Mastercard website, in the Priceless Moments/I Help tab. Mastercard will inform Program Participants when the Prize pool is exhausted by posting the relevant message on its website.

As many as 4 free Fast Track passes through security checks at over 130 airports around the world for Premium users of the Mastercard Priceless Moments program.

To activate Fast Track:

Download the Mastercard Travel Experience application, register using your Premium Card from of the Priceless Moments Premium program and enjoy your additional travel benefits.

To activate Fast Track:

  1. before a flight, select the airport and the appropriate time slot in the application
  2. generate your pass
  3. scan the pass at the special Fast Track crossing at the airport.

This offer is valid from January 23, 2024 until it is cancelled by Mastercard.

This offer is for Participants of the Mastercard Priceless Moments program with Premium status who have registered their Premium Card in the Mastercard Travel Experience Application

Insure your online purchases
with the Mastercard®
Priceless® Specials program

  • Log in to your program account.
  • Go to the „benefits” tab.
  • Activate the insurance.
  • Swipe left to see more details.

The online purchase insurance is available to the owners of the Citigold and Citigold Private Client personal accounts as well as the holders of the Gold, Platinium, World and World Elite credit cards. To activate the insurance, enter the BIN number of one of the above-mentioned cards.

What benefits come with the insurance?

  • Extended manufacturer's warranty when buying household appliances, audio/video equipment and electronic devices.
  • Lowest price guaranteed, i.e. we will refund the difference between the amount paid for your purchase and the lowest price of the identical product found in another shop.
  • Purchase protection in case of theft or product damage resulting from flooding or fire in the buyer's place of residence within 30 days of purchase.
