We opened Benihana, the only Japanese teppanyaki restaurant in Warsaw, located in the heart of Poland in the Cosmopolitan apartment building, in 2015. It is renowned for its theatrical-culinary teppanyaki show, spectacular food preparation and the use of the best ingredients. With our motto “My kitchen is your table” we want to show a few decades of tradition and brilliant philosophy flowing from Japan, through New York, straight to the palates of our guests in Poland
