Corporate Banking
Corporate Banking
This is a rotational program (four 6-month rotations in various areas of Corporate Banking, e.g. Strategic Clients
Department, Global Clients Department, Enterprise Banking, Development, and Strategy Department, Treasury, Risk
Management). Each rotation involves specific objectives and tasks, such as financial analysis of companies, risk
assessment, customer presentations, market and sector analysis.
We offer ambitious projects, access to a wide range of training courses, work under the guidance of experienced
managers and cooperation with a mentor who will help you manage your professional career. Participants are employed on
the basis of a full-time employment contract.
Operations & Technology
Operations & Technology
During the program you will participate in four 6-month rotations in different areas of Operations and Technology,
e.g. Treasury products operations, funds management or IT. You will gain knowledge and skills in the field of project
management in the area of technology, process improvement, and modern IT systems.
We offer ambitious projects, access to a wide range of training courses, work under the guidance of experienced managers
and cooperation with a mentor who will help you manage your professional career. Participants are employed on the basis
of a full-time employment contract.

During the program you will participate in rotations in following areas of IT departments:
Citi Technology
Infrastructure (CTI) provides products and services which - along with other financial solutions - help us build Citi’s
image as a trusted partner for our customers. By providing a functional infrastructure, we ensure technological support
- crucial for the effective functioning of our organization - and provide users with a friendly IT environment.
Citi Architecture & Technology Engineering (CATE) deals with the management of large data sets, the development
of applications and Hybrid Cloud Platform or strengthening of Cybernetic Security.
CONSUMER Banking
CONSUMER Banking
During this two-year program, you will participate in 3-4 rotations in various areas of the Consumer Banking Sector,
including the creation and development of banking products, risk management, marketing, and management information.
You will carry out ambitious tasks and projects. Then you will join the group of people who are changing the face
of banking, you will have the opportunity to be a co-creator of the concept of one of the most modern Consumer Banking
Branches not only in Poland but also in Europe!
Transaction Banking
Transaction Banking
The Regional Development Program in TTS is addressed to those interested in a career in the area of Treasury and
Trade Solutions (TTS). The program is rotational (3-4 rotations in various areas of Transactional Banking, e.g. Trade
Finance Department, Product Implementations Department, Funds Management Department, Transactional Banking Products
Sales Department, Liquidity Management Products and Business Analysis Department.
It begins with a few weeks' training in London dedicated to all new program participants from the EMEA region. The
projects can be implemented in Poland, but there is also a possibility of joining foreign rotations.
The work will be carried out on the basis of strictly defined objectives and tasks.
